Participants of the 2004 Governance Workshop



    In Friends Meetings and other Friends organizations, the decision-making process has a foundation in three beliefs:
  • There is the Divine in every person;
  • This divine essence can be accessed for guidance;
  • Divinely inspired truth hasn't all been handed down from the past, but continues to be revealed.

    • These beliefs, coupled with a set of attitudes and practices, create a worshipful context for all work and all relationships.
