When requested in writing, the Friends Council on Education will refund registration fees for Peer Network gatherings as follows:
- 90% of registration fee when requested 7 days or more from first day of the meeting;
- no refund within 7 days of the first day of the meeting.
Cancellations must be made via email: Info@friendscouncil.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Your cancellation is not valid until you receive a confirmation from the Friends Council. Contact Friends Council if you cancel and do not receive a cancellation confirmation (215-241-7245).
The Friends Council reserves the right to cancel workshops and peer network programs if there is insufficient enrollment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified well in advance of the program and given a full refund. The Friends Council, however, cannot be responsible for any financial obligation incurred by participants because of travel cancellations.
