Experience:
Jane currently serves as Clerk of the Board of Managers of The Hickman, a Quaker-sponsored independent and assisted living facility in West Chester, PA. She does consulting with various human services agencies regarding board governance. An accomplished speaker, Jane presents at local, regional, and national conferences on topics such as the board’s role in philanthropy, board culture change, and best practice governance. She participated as a panelist in Friend’s Services for the Aging “Governance Matters” workshop. Jane has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership and has attended BoardSource governance training workshops.
