The Governance Matters! workshops are designed for heads and trustees to:
- Increase communication and information exchange among members of each school's governance team;
- Explore and more deeply understand the meaning of being a trustee for a Friends school;
- Identify core governance issues, questions and challenges;
- Prioritize goals and action steps for this year and beyond;
- Share and learn with colleagues from other Friends schools.
- Trustees and heads are encouraged to attend as a governance team.
