Experience:
Richard Eldridge has been head of four schools in his 30 years of independent school experience: Buckingham Friends School, Friends Seminary, Friends Academy, and The Willow School. He has led over 10 accreditations and has been a board member of 4 schools, in addition to serving on the executive committees of Friends Council on Education, Black Rock Forest Consortium, and Friends Journal. From a start-up school reputed to be one of the greenest in America, to a well-established school considered to be the premier K-12 school on Long Island, Rich has been involved with a wide range of schools in positions of leadership and consultation.
