Experience:
Ginny Christensen has served Friends schools for over 20 years as head of school, division director, teacher, and board member for the Friends Council on Education. She has experience in both large and small school contexts, and in public as well as independent education. Ginny holds a Doctorate in Education, and has produced research in the area of governance focusing on using conflict for growth. Ginny has trained teachers at the University of Pennsylvania, in Guatemala, and in Nicaragua. She has published and presented on issues of board development, professional development for teachers, and curriculum design. Currently, she consults on a diverse range of topics in schools and non-profit organizations.
