The group will stay at the Glenthorne Guest House in Grasmere, England, a lovely Quaker conference center in the Lake District. Meals at Glenthorne are hearty and delicious, the hiking trails around the countryside and through the towns are lovely, and the day trips that we take, following the footsteps of George Fox and Margaret Fell and the founding of Quakerism in lush green surroundings, are true experiential learning (See provisional itinerary).
Participants are free to make their own travel arrangements to and from Glenthorne, arriving in England prior to June 17, or staying after June 24 to explore England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland.
All spaces for this trip are filled. To be added to the waiting list in case of cancellations, download the registration form and mail it in.
